2. "Speaking In Tongues: A Biblical Perspective" by Robert Lindfelt,
Speaking In Tongues: A Biblical Perspective deals with one of the most misunderstood and underused resources in all Christianity. Jesus Christ proclaimed it as a sign for those who would be saved. It ushered in the Church age that started on the day of Pentecost. It was the one demonstrative evidence pronounced in the book of Acts as proof that a person was born again of God's spirit.
This book takes an honest look at speaking in tongues using only God's Word as evidence. Twenty-one different records in God's Word that obviously deal with speaking in tongues are scrutinized to see exactly what speaking in tongues is. This book will give each reader, regardless of background, a greater insight and appreciation of the manifestation of speaking in tongues that God designed for man's blessings.

3. "Aramaic Peshitta New Testament Translation"by Janet M. Magiera
Why a New Translation of the Peshitta.
This book is of tremendous value to the serious student of Holy Scripture. It will enable the reader to examine the Holy Scriptures in the language of Jesus and the apostles. Only through the lens of the Aramaic language can one truly understand nuances and meaning lost in other translations of the New Testament. This translation enables the reader to truly see the texts in their original meaning and context and to hear the true power of the Words of God.
The Peshitta sheds light on meanings otherwise lost. Although virtually unknown by most Christians and students of the Holy Scripture in the Western world, this version of the Holy Scripture has remained in tact for at least 1600 years. It is a bridge of understanding between these three great religions. It can break down barriers that need not exist and shed light on the source texts that bring peace, understanding, enlightenment, and salvation. And now you can study the meanings and sounds of the Aramaic language of the Peshitta. This book makes it easy for the average reader to study what has been only available to scholars and Near Eastern churches in the past. What a truly powerful way to glean the life of each word of Jesus and the apostles!
Jan Magiera has made a major contribution to those of us interested in knowing the message of the Holy Scripture.

4. "Enriched In Everything: Biblical Lessons In Giving"by Janet M Magiera
From the Forward:
The title of this book, Enriched in Everything, is the end result of the application of all of the principles discussed in the lessons on giving. It comes from II Corinthians 9:8-10. The verse that is quoted the most is "grace should abound." Why did we not read the rest of the context? When God pours out his grace for every good work, then the person has something to give--both seed and bread. The completeness of the supply is poured out! Then BEING enriched, it causes great thankfulness to God. This is the way we can see how to help people in this area.
If there is great thankfulness abounding in a person's life, they are practicing these principles. If not, we can backtrack to determine the problem. It starts with being motivated by love and then to practice GIVING. Many types of giving are discussed in the book: giving to get, giving from fear, giving because of pressure from others. The only giving that works is that which is in obedience to our Father and Lord Jesus Christ and is done with faith. This is the first lesson and it goes on from there.
The reader will find thought-provoking and heart-searching questions at the end of each chapter that will challenge personal growth and commitment. Each chapter is a valuable resource for study groups that will inspire further study and discussion, providing stepping stones for all of us towards a II Corinthians 9:8 lifestyle, enriched in everything.

5. "No Such Thing As Luck: A Biblical Perspective" by Charlie P. Johnston Jr.
The Book, No Such Thing as Luck dismantles both the ancient and modern deceiving concepts of fate, destiny, lot, fortune and chance. These are the dubious words our dictionaries use to define luck. Not any more! This book has successfully invalidated the standard definition of luck.
Johnston's book eradicates the foundations upon which beliefs about luck, chance, fate, and fortune were built. He asserts that, “Once these misleading beliefs are removed as a possibility for the causes of any event we are in a far better position to understand truth.” Using a bibilcal foundation, his book both alerts and enlightens the reader to the idolatrous nature and wayward meaning of these popular belief systems. People no longer need fall prey to a supposed “luck factor”, a factor which does not exist. There is no such thing as luck!
Although many feel good and bad luck are active powers influencing life, Johnston says, “No Way!” Life is never influenced by luck. His book:
Explains in vivid detail the origin and development of luck’s meaning, pinpointing its beginning.
Alerts people to luck’s idolatrous nature.
Proves that luck is not a source of prosperity.
Takes the romance out of destiny’s meaning.
Eradicates beliefs about luck, chance, fate and fortune.
Teaches the tremendous value of separating truth from error and how to do it!
Shows how a Roman goddess named Fortuna established the modern meaning of fortune and how luck became a lady.

6. "The Red Thread" by Leonard Yonkman,
http://leonardyonkman.com/projects/leonardyonkman/theredthread.cfm
Jesus Christ is the underlining theme of the Bible,
This insightful book discusses the prophesies of Jesus Christ throughout the Old Testament.
It is Christ who holds the Word of God together similar to a thread woven throughout
scriptures. It is the blood of Christ which makes the thread red. Christ has always been God's
plan for man's redemption. It is no wonder that you find him revealed in the Word even before
he was born. Jesus Christ himself testified to the truth of the red thread in his earthly ministry.
